My complaint:

I have been waiting since April, 2021 for a shipping fee refund that was the agreement per DH Gate arbitrationresolution. I have sent countless emails to customer service. I have sent countless requests to seller with no response. Customer service has told me several times wait 7-15 days. I have waited those 7-15 days over and over for months. I was told that seller has no money in his account. That has nothing to do with my shipping fee refund and was never stated via dh gate arbitration that my refund depends on the seller having money or selling items. THAT IS FRAUD!!! The seller jdorreds is no longer active and I’m sure has opened another account under a different name. That is FRAUD!!!
