My complaint:

Ordered product in may. After 6 weeks of seller telling me item was shipped but provided no valid tracking info I filed a dispute with Dhgate. The seller shipped my item the same day I filed for a refund. DHGATE sided with the seller. Do not trust this company. They will side with seller even when you are correct. BEWARE OF DHGATE.

Suggested solution:

GIVE ME A FULL REFUND LIKE I ASKED THE SELLER TO DO BEFORE THEY SHIPPED MY PRODUCT AFTER LYING TO ME FOR 6 WEEKS.
