My complaint:
I ordered make up and when making payment entered my correct address which is also my billing address. DH gate gave the seller my previous address and I don’t live there. I lost my money.
Suggested solution:
I need full refund.
DHgate.com complaint: Merchandise sent to previous address. Seller was given wrong address by DH gate.
