My complaint:
I purchase 200 stainless Steel Gold Dinnerware set spon fork knife flatware set from Melome on May 29 2022 from Melome, here is the order number 343222779. I received first shipment, and the second shipment was not giving to me bc it was damage, I have sent more than 10 messages to Melome and He doesnt answer.
Suggested solution:
I need to please replace the second shipment but this time to sent faster than 2 months. I would like them ASAP. He said he sent it through ship but I dont have 2 months plus this was not my fault. The wedding is around the corner and I need them.
I contacted UPS they indicated that Melome needs to contact them and tell them what to do with the damage package.
