My complaint:
I submitted a complaint against a seller as the item I received was not as described nor the same as photos.
After a long battle I received a refund and returned the item. I paid approx £20 postage and was told this would be refunded. I was told on 31052021 when the product refund was issued that they were applying for my postage money back- I have sent 3 emails since and received no response or postage refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund my postage.
