My complaint:
I placed an order on DHgate with a seller called Jiao10 for an AR glasses for more than $600 Canadian dollars on May2nd, 2025. On May 9, 2025 I messaged the seller why is it taking that much time to ship. On May 11, 2025 the seller told me to cancel the order because the item is out of stock. On May 12, 2025 I did cancel the order. However, the seller didn’t send the money back up till now May 20, 2025. I placed another order with another seller when I canceled that order on May 12, 2025.
Customer service is useless they don’t respond to any of my tickets since I submitted one on May 12, 2025. No answers No refund nothing. That’s a total scam and robbery

Return back my money in full, that’s all what I want, nothing else
