My complaint:
I bought an item from DhGate shop and the name of the shop is blueberry11. This shop has made me deleted the whole DhGate app from my phone because I have realised how scam some of the shops are. I bought a jacket from this shop and I have tried several times to return this item but the shop do not want to get the item because they said once they’ve shipped it they can’t get it back which is a scam.
Suggested solution:
I am not satisfied with the item because it’s not up to the standard I want and again it’s too small that I can’t even put my hand in it. I want the item returned to this shop by name blueberry11 for my money back.
