My complaint:
Seller sent me a ribbon instead of 20 carbon gel cream each of 300ml. I have been sending him messages but he doesn’t repond. I filed a dispute and after 2 days he rejected it. So why is he not replying to my messages? This is cheating and so unfair. We trust sellers like these and they are so dishonest.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund as it was worth 420$.
