My complaint:

I ordered a dress less then 24 hours I changed my mind requested a refund and the seller waits 24 hrs and responds the the dress person is making the dress I don’t want it how can you make me take something that the payment hadn’t been ed on or shipped out he ask me to cancel the refund request no I’m not how is it dhgate take the money but can’t refund it back
