My complaint:
I ordered 132 pieces of 100mm clear glass Christmas ornaments at a total cost of US $198.64.
I chose this seller because they showed the product material as glass and only showed photos of glass ornaments as a description of the item.
When I received the shipment the ornaments are plastic, not glass at all. I contacted the seller who acknowledged that they knowingly sent me plastic and that they know their site lists them as glass.
They suggested that I keep the product and use the DH Gate site to resell the plastic balls.
When I refused and insisted on a full refund based on the fact that they fraudulently listed and shipped a product they weren’t actually selling, they told me that they changed the site so that it shows plastic balls now – this was done after I complained and they acknowledged this in chat.
It’s very clear by the chat with the seller that they know that they lied about the product and never had the glass balls they listed and sold to me.
Suggested solution:
This needs to be a full refund of the amount paid.
The seller can have the plastic balls back if they pay the shipping back, I will not pay to ship back an item that was fraudulently sold to me.
