My complaint:
I placed an order in October 2021 for sneakers $53.71. with seller hsltrade88. Never received the product. Then last week of January I begin to get tracking updates saying that the package was going to San Antonio , Texas. I live in Hyde Park, NY.
The package was delivered to Texas. The seller refused to give me a refund or replace the oder.
This seller is a scammer and makes dhgate look very bad.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund or replacement.
