My complaint:
Hi on September 16th of this year I order 2 pairs of shoes. 1 pair of Christian Louboutins and also a pair of Louis Vuittons. With the Louis Vuittons I also ordered a pair of socks and a pair of earrings to go with it. I paid for the Christian Louboutins separately and I have received them. But I never received a cancellation or any type of refund for my Louis Vuitton order with the socks and earrings. Together it costed around $170, and I would like my money back. I have been patient for 2 months but I really need the money.

They can resolve this by refunding me my $170 for the past order, especially due to the fact that I never received a message of cancellation
