My complaint:
I purchased 2 items from DHgate and in exchange I have received no orders. However, the money has came out of my bank and I am furious with the fact I have receive no ation or any indication that these orders are going ahead. You are quick enough to remove the money out my bank without reassuring ur customers their orders are in process. I have had no ation and everytime I click on the website it says no orders have been placed.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back before I take it further through the authorities.
