My complaint:
I bought a bulk lot of 29 Essential Oil diffusers as advertised. When I got them I tried to open 3 of them and they all broke. The plastic was very cheap and bad. I went to get a refund from the seller and they responded with I talked with the factory today. They said that this model can’t add essential oil. I’m really sorry ‘Can add essential oils

Is this okay?Previous products can be used, but essential oils cannot be added This was and still is clearly false advertising becasuse it says essential oil diffuser which is the only reason I would use it. Not to mention I couldn’t even get to the point of adding the oil in because the plastic piece broke. I provided pictures and have been ignored for my request for a refund.
