My complaint:
So I ordered a pair of boots but I put my address wrong and I want to cancel my order. And I didn’t sign up with my email. I asked for help from DHgate on Facebook and they made my account with my email which is citlaliurbinacnco@yahoo.com. And told me to try to sign in with that email after 24 hours which I did but I never received the code to put a password. Please help me, I’ve been texting DHgate for a week and they don’t answer. They give me a username and a new password but when I want to sign in to DHgate, they don’t ask me for a username, they ask me for an email.
Suggested solution:
By trying to cancel my order and give me back my money or by trying to get my account back because I can't sign in.
