My complaint:
Hey guys, I’ve made a purchase online via dhgate website I paid in full received an order number. I now look there’s nothing in the system. I’ve got a screenshot proof to show you and also bank statements to show my purchase. Also I received a email from you guys just the other day that a order has gone through and money has been taken out.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me the money or deliver the item.
