My complaint:

Order number 3319364765 tracking status has been the same for over a week. The seller does not respond to messages and it appears I am unable to complain to DH GATE from their app without receiving the order first. I would like to get a refund on the order please.

Provide a refund as I am almost sure that the item has not been sent.
