My complaint:
I ordered a $43 purse from a seller. It’s even took the money out of my banking account. I have proof of that. I recently logged on to my account to see when my order was going to be here, just to discover that it said I had placed no orders and that no money has been taken out of my account. This is a lie. I had $46 removed from my account, if I do not receive my package, some sort of ation of my package that is still available, or my money back I will be going to my bank and filing a dispute. This is my first time ordering off dhgate, and I am extremely disappointed and will not be recommending it to anybody. As trying to contact you to figure out my bag situation alone has taken me hours, minus two hours of me trying to contact the seller. Which they did not respond. Please get back to me soon, if you don’t Within a week I will be going to the bank and I will be getting my money back. Ive done it before with scammers and ill do it again.
Suggested solution:
Send me ation of my order, or refund my money. I have bank statements proving i ordered it, and the order went through and withdrew money from me.
