DHgate.com complaint: I order $950usd worth of goods,, $200usd for shipping

My complaint:

It’s very sad,and bad the way Dhgate treats US buyer online,, I order $950 worth of goods online pluse the $200 the seller charge me to send it through DHL..

Instead of the seller sending me my orders they only send me simple to see,, after a series of contacts they promise to send me the orginal order…

Ever since I have been trying to get this seller send me a different products in place of the original order, but not avail. I was told the order was shipped but never received it.

$950 is a lot money to lost. I have try to be nice to the seller but at this point they choose to ignore my text trying to get them send me some things different, which they failed to do.

I’m contacting Dhgate the last time to see if this seller can refund me my money. If Dhgate chooses not to do anything I’m going to hired a online buyer lawyer to go behind Dhgate for my money.

Dhgate promises all their online buyer to resolve problems between sellers and online buyers.

Suggested solution:

Please Dhgate all I'm asking is my money back.. please put pressure on the seller to send me my money. Below is a photo of evidence to see.
