DHgate.com complaint: Fraudulent charge by DHGate to my credit card

My complaint:

On May 13, my Bank of America Visa was charged $264.04 by DHgate. I saw the charge on my statement and knew it was not made by me so I put it in dispute. My credit card company said that DHgate told them I bought a sterling silver necklace with heart for a wedding or engagement and said it was delivered to my home address and gave an email for the transaction. It was not my email address, and no package was ever delivered to my address, and I have been home every day since March of 2020 since the pandemic began. I asked my credit card company to again put this item in dispute. When I call the 1-877-927-7268 I got square trade instead of DHgate. I am asking the following things: 1) what shipping company is alleged to have delivered a package to my home? 2)what is the tracking number of alleged package? 3) what is the item number and description of the item I am alleged to have ordered? 4) how did you come to link an incorrect email address to my address and credit card? 5) I will need names and positions of every DHgate employee that answers my inquiry for my subsequent consumer fraud, commerce fraud, and mail fraud complaints that I will be filing if this is not satisfactorily resolved.

Release the claim to my credit card as I did not and would not order jewelry from that company
