My complaint:
I was trying to purchase a luxury hand bag and everytime I would try and make the payment it would say payment declined, I tried 3 times and all three times it said payment declined but it still charged to my credit card each time but I haven’t got a ation for my order and it says I don’t have any pending orders.
Suggested solution:
Finalize one of the purchases and ensure the product ships. Refund the other 2 payments.
