My complaint:
I ordered three handbags in June of this year on the DHgate site from a merchant who identified as louisbags_18. I paid for the items and received order numbers and ation that the money had been received. Over two months have passed yet I have not received any of the merchandise to date. I went to the DHGate site to check the status and there is nothing record of my order. I was unable to contact anyone at DHGate or the merchant to get the matter resolved.
Suggested solution:
I want a complete refund of my money. $ Order totals were 208.35 and 99.93.
