My complaint:

The seller of electric scooter was sumtop2019eur.
The communication with the seller is breakneck.
After 1 month of emailing (10 emails sent) any solution haven’t been proposed. It looks like seller sumtop2019eur doesn’t want to solve the complaint below.

The issue:
The motor doesnt work properly, after bouncing, the motor doesn‘t start. When the motor accidentally start than it produced strange sound and I am not able to reach maximum speed 40 kmh. It seems that this issue relates also to broken down electric brake. It is not functional. The scooter was delivered in september 2021. It means that the product is still in 1 year warranty. Order No. 3368181298.

Suggested solution:

Here is my proposed ways how to solve the complaint:
1st alternative:
The seller will send me new scooter and I will send you the broken one in the warehouse in Poland.

2nd alternative:
You will send me money amount of
444.88 €.
