My complaint:

On October 31st 2022 I called regarding a sewer back up in my basement. our pipes were replaced with plastic several years ago. After a few days no one had came out to check I called back and there was no order placed at all. I then ha to call back and they finally sent someone out whom stated that it is collapsed in the alley and they would have to put an order in for a dye test. They did in fact place the order (really nice guys that came out) . I have been waiting ever since for them to test but no one has came. I was told 24-48 hrs Monday would have been the 48 hrs I didn’t include Sunday. I’ve called everyday and was told they would be out that day I even had a time frame for yesterday by 4 pm. Still nothing. I called again today requested a Supervisor whom did not take the call. The rep told me that the route list doesn’t go out until 10:00 am and if I’m not on the list the supervisor will escalate again and that can take 24 hours. Again all this time I have Raw sewage in my basement and 5 people that live here that use the bathroom. It stinks it’s nasty and this is not a suitable living condition at all. To make matters worse once they do the due test they still have to get a crew and fix the caved in broken line. It seems that they don’t care and I’m getting fed a bunch of crap no pun intended. Can you please have them actually do their jobs and fix this mess please!

Suggested solution:

By simply getting the crews out in a timely manner to resolve this issue.
