My complaint:
On August 3rd,2021, complainant (Richard McClung) entered an payment
agreement with DWSD to pay arrears on recent purchased property, located at
13130 Kilbourne St,Detroit,Mi,48213. Agreement was made via Phone and
DWSD site, complainant received ation for transaction, ation
171165407537 for account 8002808301, as of this date complainant have not
received any ation of agreement.
Suggested solution:
Complaint can be resolved by issuing an payment agreement to complainant via email ( richardamcclung@yahoo.com ) or postal service to address
13130 Kilbourne St, Detroit, Mi, 48213, complainant would appreciate
monthly billing statements also
