My complaint:
Detroit water came out to install water for my new neighbor and when they dug up the ground, they damaged my water lines and have been avoiding fixing them. This happen in early 2021 and myself and my tenant have called about the issue. Ive had running water since ive owned the home up until DWSD damaged my lines. Ive been calling foor over 8 months trying to get them to repair the issue they caused. Additionally, when i asked to have the notes read to me, they were falsely notated. Calls are recorded and its easily verified that the notes contradict what i stated to the reps. Ive lost my income and loss of profit ( sell of my home) because of the damage DSWD caused to my property. I keep calling yet no return phone calls are made from DSWD.
Suggested solution:
FIX MY LINES AND MAKE ME WHOLE BY PAYING LOSS OF INCOME AND PAYING THE PAIN AND SUFFERING THAT IM GOING THROUGH
