Hello,
My name is Dominique Sykes. I am emailing regarding my 70-year-old parents that reside at 15828 Monica Detroit, MI. 48238. My parents have had plumbing issues for quite some time. About month ago, they paid a certified plumbing company to dig up their backyard to fix the crock so that the plumbing issues could be rectified. However, the company has since explained to my parents that The City of Detroit must come out to snake the main drain that is in the alley. My parents called the City of Detroit water department to file a service order and was given an order number 240727 and no one has come out to fix the problem. My parent’s basement is STILL backed up with standing water and feces which is a safety and health hazard.
PLEASE HELP
