My complaint:
Every time it rains water fills up the cave in in the alley rear
of 15853-57 Kramer Detroit 48228, I had the basement snaked on numerous occasions to no avail.
The cave in Is hugh 12 x 15 feet or larger and cars cannot
even drive down the alley due to the size of the hole.
I am in the process of doing
a City of Detroit inspection and this property will
not pass due to the ongoing basement issue.
Suggested solution:
Please send someone out to evaluate and repair the problem asap as the problem is worsening and the water
in the alley and the basement is getting deeper.
