My complaint:
My complaint is, my water has been off for a week now do to two broken mains.. outside and in the was done by the departments employees. Now they want me to pay them $40 to turn off the main so that the inside-which they broke can be fixed then pay another $40 to turn the water main back on after repairs.
Suggested solution:
Fix both broken mains that was damaged by their employees. I am being charged $40 to have them turn my water off for a problem they created!
