My complaint:
I placed an order (3599) with you for Royals fish and chips in Bognor Regis at 18:17. The app stated a 25-45 minute wait . We didn’t get our food until 20:00. This is unacceptable. I have a 2 year old that has had to wait 1 hour and 43 minutes for dinner. I even contacted Royals directly to find out where my food was and they told me that on their tablet it said the driver wasn’t expected until 19:42.
Suggested solution:
As the issue was due to Deliveroo and how there system works, and the fact that 3 adults, and 3 kids including a 2 year old had to wait so long, a full refund and some sort of compensation should be a minimun.
