My complaint:

We used Deliveroo to place an order from Enish in South Croydon. Order went through, funds were taken from our account only for us to get a response from Enish saying for the order we placed they didn’t have the ingredients. Nevertheless, the funds for the order HAD been taken from our account. It has been more than four weeks now and we are yet to be refunded. The order was placed on the 9th of May 2022 for £37.54

Suggested solution:

Call to formally apologise
Refund £37.54
Compensate us for having to wait this long and having to file a complaint to the amount of £50.00
