My complaint:
Hi,
My wife was hit on Tuesday while walking on a pedestrain crossing by a Deliveroo cyclist. She luckily did not break anything but is bruised and shaken up. To cap it all she broke her wrist last year and this is again bruised. The cyclist disregarded the fact that cars had stopped to let my wife cross the road. She had just stepped on the crossing. He behaved illegally. I have searched and found that this happens regularly and Deliveroo need to take action about this to stop worse things happening. My wife was helped up by the drivers in the car. The Deliveroo chap of course didn’t hang around. If I had been there I would have photoed him and made a complaint. But she was too shaken to know what was going on.

It will be nigh on impossible to find out who this was. What Deliveroo can do is state that if cyclists disobey the rules of the road they will be sacked. They need to be clear that cyclists should be careful and preferably have some evidence that they know how to behave on a bike. So many of them drive badly and on pavements. An apology would also be helpful.
