Deliveroo complaint: late delivery/food cold

My complaint:

Food ordered and it arrived 12 mins after and I paid the premium fee yo get it delivered quicker but no not on time either but yes late

Suggested solution:

Not worth one star at all delivering food 12mins late and some of the food cold
