My complaint:
We ordered priority delivery, driver on the map after picking up our order was stopped at another store for 5/10mins waiting for another order. (Clearly paid for a service we didn’t get) then when he eventually turns up around 20mins after he was supposed to one of the sandwiches wasn’t there and he had no deliveroo bag or markings to show he works for you and didnt even ask for the code we are meant to give him before giving us the food, didn’t need a code at all apparently. Please investigate this driver and I want a human to respond to m3 not one of your bots on the app that has automated replies that in no way help at all
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied when this driver is looked into and I have full refund
