My complaint:

Saturday 9th September, approximately 8pm, I ordered a crispy chicken in a bun, small fries and chocolate milkshake. Including service charge and delivery(?) my bill was just short of £20. Trying to track down who the onus is on is absolutely atrocious and I just want my credit.

I left voice messages three times on Sunday with McDonalds – needless to say I am still waiting a response to those calls and explanation as to why my order was a ‘no show’. Deliveroo sent me a text with the number 050144 but, I have no clue as to what it pertains to.

Suggested solution:

Credit me my money! I wouldn\'t even rate them one star!
