My complaint:

read other reviews, it’s not just me, It seems it is their pattern to charge for goods and services not delivered. And customer service is rubbish. Wasted 17 emails rather than them refunding me…which they had no intent. Even when I said specific items left off…nothing. They are robbing people in broad daylight

Suggested solution:

I sent 17emails and used Resolver. According to reviews, they never refund anyone, and do this all the time
