My complaint:
In June I purchased a bicycle online from decathlon.com (US) and it arrived damaged and unsafe to ride (I have photos, and videos but can not post them here). I informed the retailer (Decathlon) and tried to start a return but was ignored for some time.
I called 4 times and sent 6 emails and finally was given the instructions to return it.
It is now September 13 and I have not received my refund, and they ignore my calls and emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB, FCC, DCA, and many more agencies.
Suggested solution:
It has been over 50 days since I sent back the bike. I want my full $164 refund.
