My complaint:
“I have paid for a subscription which I do not want. For 10 pound a month I have somehow been subscribed to a yearly service of DAZN. As someone who does not use DAZN. Please could you cancel everything on my DAZN so that I do not have access to anything and get my money back.” I have said this to the DAZN chat service and they have not provided me with a refund.
Suggested solution:
By providing me with a refund and cancel my subscription completely
