My complaint:
i am being charged 226 dollars plus another 11.30 dollars for a room that i purchased but is not under my name or care. the room is under someone elses name but i purchased the room for this person but i did not sign no form of agreement for this company to withdraw or access my credit card for them to be able to withdraw money from my credit card. The room is not under my care or am i responsible for anything that happens to this motel room. i am responsible for only purchasing the room paying for the room but this motel room not reserved under my name but im being charged for the damages done to this room with my credit card that i also wasnt aware of and my credit card being charged without my authorization. i would like to file a dispute or for my money to me returned to me again i am not responsible for this motel room for i only purchased the room it isnt reserved under my name so there for i aint responsible for the room that isnt in my care or reserved under my name.
Suggested solution:
i would like for my money to be returned to me as soon as possible and im also going to file a fraud complain against this motel.
