My complaint:
I booked my room online with the intention of getting a room that was pet friendly for my dog. Days Inn was the one I booked because the website clearly said dogs were allowed. Me, my fiancé, his father drove 7 hours with an infant. So of course we were tired but when we got there the desk lady saw our dog and said we weren’t allowed to check in because of her, we said we’d keep her in the car but she still turned us down. The room was already paid for and said non refundable when I booked it. So we weren’t able to collect a refund at the desk or get into that room that night and had to end up paying again to stay somewhere else.
Suggested solution:
This could be solved by simply giving me a refund because we never set foot inside the room.
