My complaint:
On arriving in our room there were no chairs. We had a double room booked, we were told they could only give us one. We explained that we needed 2 as we didn’t want to always sit on the bed.
Eventually they brought in another one.
They bathroom bin had not been emptied from the previous guests as it had sanitary products in there.
There was blood on the bed sheet.
They did not dust where you couldn’t see, or they could reach. There was a layer of dust along the top of the picture the wall mirror, the mirror above the desk was thick with dust. The carpet had not been hoovered or the bathroom floor mopped.
Suggested solution:
By refunding my money. I will not stay in Days Inn’s again
I wouldn’t even rate this 1 star.
