My complaint:

Staying here working in town. Come in paid for a week and told lady I would be here for a little over two weeks. Before my week was up the manager called me and basically told me if I wanted to keep my room I would have to pay for my whole intended stay or she would book my room. I have stayed in hotels from one side of the U.S. to the other for over 30 years and I have never had ANYONE ever charge me for my whole stay. I have been charged over 1200.00 dollars in less than a week. She also stated my rate would be going up.This is putting a strain on my living as I use this card for my expenses until I get paid. This is just flat out wrong and I expect there to be consequences for this lady and or business. This has happened to several of my coworkers and we all have pledged never to do business here again and will pass the on. There are enough of us to fill this place up, but no more!!!!! This is crooked business and should be against the law!!!

Suggested solution:

Refund the 2 weeks I have been charged in advance and require me to only pay a week at a time while still holding my reservation for time I need the room! Also make sure I am receiving the rate I was given when I checked in.
