My complaint:
The bathroom had hair all over the shower walls and the curtain had blood on it and there was visible semen stains on the couch so I bought cleaning supplies to clean them while I was there. I asked the night desk man for towels and explained I was cleaning the things listed above and my wife had bleached her hair and still needed more towels to finish everything. He was fine with that and gave me a couple towels. The next morning I needed another towel and two washcloths so myself and my wife could shower before we left. I told her I’d bring the towels down but she cussed me and said because my wife bleached her hair, I ruined her fcin towels which if you know bleach does not ruin white towels. Directly after as I was heading back to my room, she cussed another I went back to the room and told my wife she didn’t give me any towels and what she had said so my wife gathered the used towels to take to the desk and confront the woman for her rude behavior at which point the woman said she was gonna call the law if we didn’t leave….at 9:15am when we had not showered and before check out.
Suggested solution:
Better cleaning and service of some of the employees.
