My complaint:
Went in to pick up prescriptions for brother that just came out of knee replacement surgery. Waited over an hour to get prescriptions. The lady even misplaced a prescription she had already made up and had to re-make it. Only two of the three were actually filling prescriptions. The manager stayed on the computer the total time not helping. My brother said before this guy took over, they were much more efficient. Just looking around the area there were baskets and prescriptions all over the place. Not at all organized. I get my meds at Walmart. So glad they are organized.
Suggested solution:
1 This manager is totally disorganized...Replace him
2 Hire enough staff to wait on the 6 people in line for prescriptions
3 Inspect your pharmacies to see they are run properly
