My complaint:

I have been a CVS costumer for over 15 years! I am a General Contractor. I fell off a building years ago and have been under chronic pain management ever since. I have been going to the same doctor and getting the same prescriptions for over 10 years. I am a single father and have been waiting for my younger daughter to graduate high school, this year, to explore surgical possibilities. Today, I went I to your store to pick up my meds and was told that they did not feel comfortable continuing to fill these prescriptions. He further advised it was corporate and not them personally. They recommended I write to you directly. Please respond ASAP as I am injured and need my meds in order to be able to work. My pain management doctor is Dr. David Paul, (954)564-0062, if you have any questions, please contact him or me via email or directly at (954)336-5746. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

Suggested solution:

By continuing to follow my doctor's orders and filling my prescriptions. He is a licensed practitioner. I do not think he would risk losing his medical license just to help me out. If he is prescribing these meds for chronic pain management, it's because he knows me and knows I need them. I do not understand why or how a pharmacist can refuse to fill a doctor's prescriptions.
