My complaint:
I have 6 prescriptions on auto refill, but are never refilled when it is time to get them. I have to go to the pharmacy and request them. They have 5 people working in the pharmacy and people still have to wait for as much as 30 to 40 minutes in a line to pick up their medicines. They also get prescriptions from doctors and you are lucky if you go and request them they will fill them in less than 4 days.
Suggested solution:
The only way they might resolve this problem is to have two pharmacists working so they can fill the prescriptions, otherwise I don't how to fix their problem.
