My complaint:
I purchased a Care Pass and typically enjoy a 20% discount of CVS brand Products, however whenever I check out with CVS employee Marty he refuses to give me the discount. He is always rude, nasty and unhelpful.
Suggested solution:
He needs to be re-trained or his employment should be terminated
