CVS Pharmacy complaint: Poor service

My complaint:

Picked up new perscription a inhaler took home and it did not work. Took back to store and told them they told me I had to contact the manufacture myself. Called them they called the store and told me I could pick it up. Went back to CVS with name and person they contacted after 10 minute wait. The doctor said they should have not spoke with the Asst. For me to go home and call the manufactor of the drug and have them call him. They did and am still waiting 2 days now for CVS to fix problem that they should of handled instead of me. This store and CVS in general is terrible with perscrptions it is bad when these insurance companies force you to use CVS with poor customer relations.

Suggested solution:

They should of called the manufacture not me I paid CVS not the manufacture of the drug. Just bad busness and poor service.
