CVS Pharmacy complaint: Lack of service

My complaint:

Pulled up to pharmacy drive-through no one in line. Pushed service button at least 15 times waited over 20 minutes. Six cars in my line by the time we left.

Suggested solution:

Management is most likely the problem. Hire more people.
