My complaint:
On Friday, June 18th
I went to pick up a prescription called in by my doctors at Emory.
1% hydrocortisone.
Instead of tell me that I could get the same product off the shelf for about $5
I was coerced to paying $58 I did not have really.
Usually the pharmacist would say, hey this med is on the shelf at this price and can save you money.
Now I am a senior citizen coming to the pharmacy in an Uber and not knowing what the real deal is because I don’t use this medication frequently. My doctor was kind of upset when I told her what happened.
The rash is on my neck. The tube of hydrocortisone said for rectal use only. I don’t know what to tell it as to how to resolve this matter, but I want you to know that I have been getting my meds monthly from this particular location since 2011 so they know who I am and they know how old I am and I felt like they just didn’t care about me on this particular day. You can give me a call at 404 936-3379. If I do not answer send me a text message and I will return your all.
Thanks
